Worldchanging.com explores how one innovative nonprofit, Bonnie CLAC, offers low-income families an ongoing program to move out of their expensive clunkers and into reliable, affordable fuel-efficient vehicles for work, family and health access needs. Bonnie CLAC also helps break the cycle of poor financial decision-making by providing financial counseling and a six-week Financial Fitness program.
