Bonnie CLAC CEO Announces New Executives

Bonnie CLAC CEO Terri Steingrebe announced today the addition of two new executive directors as part of a new strategic growth initiative. Kathy Power was named the Massachusetts State Director and is responsible for launching new Bonnie CLAC offices in Massachusetts. Cathy Menard was named as the new Director of Finance, bringing a new level financial planning and oversight to Bonnie CLAC.

"Many of you had a chance to not only meet, but spend some quality time with Kathy Power a few weeks ago at our off-site training program." said Steingrebe, adding: "Kathy will be getting to know many of you much better as she prepares herself to launch our operation in Massachusetts. We are very lucky to attract an individual of Kathy's caliber to help us with our work. I know all of you will enjoy her humor, dedication, and tremendous knowledge and skills."
Power has over twenty-five years in the IT industry, holding executive positions for international sales, service and business operations. She has proven leadership skills in strategic planning, relationship building, and revenue growth."
Prior to joining Bonnie CLAC, Power served as Vice President of World Wide Sales and Service for Avid Technology. Prior to Avid, Power was Vice President for Hewlett Packard's Target Global Accounts, and Digital Equipment Corporation's Vice President of North America Global Accounts and Vice President of International Account Business Operations. She has managed across every industry including health care, education, government, retail and automotive. Kathy holds degrees from Boston College, Harvard University and INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.

In her new role as Director of Finance Cathy Menard will provide financial leadership as Bonnie CLAC prepares to implement a new strategic plan beginning in 2010.
"We are incredibly lucky to have Cathy Menard take on the finance director role," said Steingrebe, citing her impressive credentials and career achievements. Menard has a B.A. from Colby College in Waterville, Maine, and an MBA form Whittemore School of Business at the University of New Hampshire. She is a CPA, and worked for Arthur Andersen early in her career. From 2003 until 2007 Cathy was the CFO for the Community Development Finance Authority (CDFA) leading all aspects of finance and administration.
