Allan Ferguson, Retired Venture Capitalist, Meriden, NH
Vice Chairman

Allan is the retired former head of 3i Group plc's Venture Capital business. Allan has extensive knowledge of the healthcare sector and currently serves on the boards of, TransMedics, Inc. as well as another nonprofit, Kimble Union Academy. He is also on the Advisory Board of ExactCost Inc. Allen holds a B.S. in chemical engineering from the University of Delaware and attended the Harvard Executive Management program.

Robert G. Hansen, Hanover, NH
Secretary

Robert is the Senior Associate Dean and Norman W. Martin 1925 Professor of Business Administration at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, where he has been on the faculty since 1983. Professor Hansen oversees academic areas of the Tuck School, including faculty recruiting, promotion, and research matters. He is Faculty Director of the Allwin Initiative for Corporate Citizenship at Tuck, a program that facilitates faculty and student work on issues at the intersection of business and society. His teaching and research is in economics, finance, and public policy.

David Reeves, Norwich, VT
Chairman

David has been a private investor in the financial markets since 1982. Prior to that he served as a Professor at McCormick Theological Seminary in Chicago for 13 years. David has been locally active as a volunteer for schools, recreational programs and charitable organizations in New Hampshire's Upper Valley since 1984.

Nikki Richardson, Chelmsford, MA

Nikki Richardson is an independent public relations consultant and seminar leader who works with private, publicly held and not-for-profit enterprises. She has nearly 30 years of experience in corporate public relations, product public relations, community relations, crisis communications management and journalism. Nikki has also served as Vice President of Corporate Communications, Monster (.com) Worldwide. Nikki holds a bachelor's degree with distinction in Communications and English from Simmons College in Boston. She is an elected member of Academy, the college's honor society for scholars.

Rick Sayles, CPA, CFA, CFP. Hanover, NH
Treasurer

Rick is presently the Principal of a financial consulting business. Rick is also active in several nonprofit organizations. His extensive business experience includes significant positions at Price Waterhouse and Prudential Insurance.

Merilynn Bourne, Cornish, NH
Marilynn is the Executive Director of LISTEN Community Services.  She has extensive background in administration, marketing and personnel management with many years of retail experience. Marilynn lives in Cornish, NH, where she serves as a member of the Finance Committee, the PTO, The Cornish Fair Association and  has been the Assistant Town Moderator for five years.

Beth Ann Finlay, Northfield VT
Beth Ann is currently the Executive Director of Northern Vermont Research Conservation and Development Council.
